Processing Time
Orders placed outside of working hours (10am-7pm), after the cut-off time and/or during any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the Order's submission. Delivery timelines are estimates, see further details below.
Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season and bank holidays — during this time, same day delivery and next-day delivery may not be available.
We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.
Please note that orders paid for by Cash on Delivery attract a 25 AED delivery fee.
All shipments require a delivery signature and therefore cannot be sent to a P.O. Box
Please expect to receive a call on your scheduled delivery date reconfirming the time range for the scheduled drop-off your specified location.
Pre-Order Delivery
The above table of delivery times does not apply to Pre-Orders. Your item will be shipped according to the expected release date, as indicated on the product page of the item.
General Delivery Conditions
While we are dedicated to meeting the timelines outlined in our Order confirmation or displayed on our Website, these delivery estimates are approximate. Time shall not be considered of essence. Timelines commence from the Order confirmation. In the event that your Order is not delivered within 30 days of Order confirmation, a full refund will be issued. We are not liable for delivery failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including your unavailability to receive the Order or a request for postponement.
Orders are processed for delivery every day, excluding public holidays in the UAE. Kindly note that ensuring suitable access for deliveries (including Fridays), is your responsibility
Order tracking
A tracking number will be provided by SMS once your order is confirmed. You will then be able to use the tracking number to track your order by contacting the customer care team from 10am-7pm at +971 55 911 0020 or by email customer.care@soshru.com
